White wine

Great versatility for this Prosecco with a light strawyellow tending to pale green. Its crystal clarity is laced with a persistent perlage of fine bubbles. The bouquet, although persistent and intensely fruity, is extremely delicate and reminiscent of mature golden apples and acacia flowers. It is gently sweet and fresh on the palate and pleasantly light in alcohol, extremely smooth and well-balanced with long and fruity finish.

Grapes Glera (traditionally called Prosecco), with small quantities of Verdiso and Perera.

Area East of Valdobbiadene, in the town of Zente di Santo Stefano, province of Treviso, in Northern Italy. Clayey soil with a high content of lime, and mixed with sand.

Alcohol 11%

Serving suggestions Serve at 5 – 7°C.

It can be enjoyed equally  as an aperitif as well as to enhance the close of a meal. Indeed, this is a wine that can brighten up any hour of the day.

The vineyards of the wine producer Bottignolo occupy an extension of three hectares in the heart of the area known worldwide for the production of Prosecco Superiore, one of the best known and most popular sparkling wines in the world, and an icon of Italian style.

We are in the east of Valdobbiadene, in the town of Zente di Santo Stefano in the Veneto Region in Italy. In this area, the hills, kissed by the sun are the ideal microclimate for the Prosecco vines.

The hills of Valdobbiadene are an extraordinary landscape, a land which is the expression of a generous country. They constitute an ideal environment for vineyards. Thanks to the skillful hands of Alessandro Bottignolo, who works in the vineyards all year long accompanying the grapes to maturity, we can enjoy an exquisite Prosecco.
